Join for a short hike beginning at the Hogsback Trailhead to a flat, Durango overlook area and a 45 minute yoga flow adaptable for beginners and seasoned pros. Each week, we will be meditating on a section of scripture and getting our bodies moving! BYOC (bring your own coffee), a yoga mat, and get ready to breathe.
